Uncharted: Last Time
Title: Last Time
What: Uncharted fanfiction - deleted scene
Rating: M (sexual references)
Words: 137
Summary: Random mid-sex scene mutual Nate/Chloe jealousy that really didn't work for this scene, or the fic for that matter, but I liked the dialogue.
Notes: This happens during Among Thieves, a couple of nights after escaping from Shambhala but before the end of the game. The fic this was deleted from also sort of takes place during the first section of "Fixed", though the plan is that reading one won't be necessary to reading the other.
Sample: "I've had sex since Nepal." "I don't want to know."
"Wait--"
You reach for his wallet, because as long as you've known him he's kept at least one condom in there at all times.
"Really?"
You just can't remember which compartment he keeps them in--
"Really? When was the last time we used a c--"
There.
"I've had sex since Nepal," you cut him off, passing him the condom and putting his wallet back. While you're at the point of your pill cycle where missing a couple doesn't matter now that you've sort of caught up, you're actually also concerned about him here.
"I don't want to know," he says quickly.
"You do not get to be jealous."
"You walked out on me--"
"'Are they a couple, Chloe?'" you ask, dropping your pitch and imitating his accent and tone. "'No, they're not a couple.'"
