Notes: After making this, I started contemplating an AU where Chloe was Nate's double agent with Marlowe instead of Charlie. And then this happened. Oops. Possibly more to come in this AU. I'm gonna need to rewatch 3. Also, I like to headcanon that Chloe is from the Gold Coast, where high school grades are basically from 1 to 25 with 1 being the best.
"Nate. Darling. Are you sure about this?"
"Positive. I've let this sit for too long."
"And you're asking me to play double agent for you because..."
"Because you're the best in the business, Chloe. Everyone says that about your driving but you're an actress."
"Well, I did always get single digit marks in drama class."
"I'm serious! The way you played Lazarevic and Fl--"
"Do not finish that name."
"The way you played me, then. I really thought you were gonna kill me."
"A baby could play you, Nate."
"Hey, that is not true."
"You'll owe me big time for this."
"Wait, is that a yes?"
"And I'm not talking about money, or dinner, or random antique necklaces you find while you're looking for something else and you get lost."
"Chloe, you're amazing."
"You owe me."
